I like freelancing but...
The next time a client asks me to do anything involving images of pinups, I am liable to refuse forcefully. I just spent close to two hours picking my way through a pile of explicit images in the WikiMedia Commons. Jeesh. I’m not a prude, by any means, but that was ridiculous.
Anyone else having Gmail issues?
I’m using Firefox, and it was working just fine earlier… now I’m getting ‘infinite loop redirect’ errors. Hm.

The Winter Closet Cleaning Has Begun.

This morning, I woke up with a craving for vanilla...
I just made a full bowl of it, which is presently chilling in the fridge. It will be completely consumed by the end of the day. MMMMmmmm.
If you hadn’t already noticed, I don’t believe in diets (though I will be eating healthily for the rest of the week to make up for this weekend, haha).

First on my list: Malaysia. I am literally vibrating in my impatience to go see the world and meet new people, especially those in the Shaolin Wahnam family. Too bad in order to get that kind of money, I will need to work at a real job for at least a year first. But it will be worth it :).

I am now the proud owner of a Bokken.
However, the Bokken owned my upper arm muscle quite badly earlier today. Yay weapons class. Though I did feel badass hauling a sword (albeit wooden) around campus all day.
My closest friend was right.
Doing absolutely nothing besides eating and sitting in front of my laptop and watching Bones for over four hours a day, every day, is ruining my ability to smile.

It contained 1553 words. And according to Microsoft Word, it was only one paragraph long. (More realistically, it contained 13 paragraphs). If only I could sit down and write university papers like that…

I just read a technology and design article.
Technology and design aspect aside, since when did we start referring to the energy and time capacities of people as ‘bandwidth’? As in, “If you don’t have the bandwidth to execute a project to the best of your abilities…” (full text found here).
