It’s a huge pain to sort out, not to mention every other flight (except the one you missed) is inevitably full.
Long story short: Missed my flight out of Ottawa last night. Was supposed to be in Calgary at 9:10pm (MST), but got re-routed through Edmonton, had to stay the night there, and catch a 9:00am rickety propeller plane to Calgary this morning. Also, it was -29 degrees C in Edmonton last night :O. Fun times. It was kind of an interesting adventure, though… but not one I’d like to repeat anytime soon.
